Autowatch Ghost Immobilisers

The Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser protects your car from key-cloning, hacking, and even key theft.  The Ghost Immobiliser has no key-fobs or LED indications to give away its location. The Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser uses the buttons in your vehicle such as those on the steering wheel, door panels or centre console, to allow you to create a unique, changeable, disarm sequence (like a PIN code) that must first be entered before your vehicle can be started. Just like your credit card pin code this unique sequence known only by you or anyone that you trust will be the only way to start your vehicle providing 100% protection even if the car keys are stolen.

An added benefit of the newly insurance approved Autowatch Ghost is the inclusion of the QR Fingerprint code, this adds an extra level of protection to your vehicle the fingerprint code is a unique QR code specifically for your vehicle that carries all of your cars information (Reg, Vin, Engine Code, registered keeper name, address, postcode etc) so that in the event of your vehicle being stolen and it’s identity changed or concealed (Plates swapped, VIN removed etc) your car can still be identified as yours. 

The fingerprint codes are applied around the vehicle in hidden locations and the locations are recorded on the insurance database by us at the time of installation. If the vehicle is stolen it makes it easy to identify that the car is yours by simply scanning the code to reveal the cars true identity.

It’s a now a requirement for every single Ghost Installation from March 2020 to meet insurance approval criteria and the QR fingerprint code is included with every single installation.
